Here you will find various fill-ins that you can play as a transition between different parts of the song (e.g. verse and chorus) or as a loosening up after 4 or 8 bars, depending on the song.

Practice them by playing a simple groove and incorporating the fill-ins over and over again. The easiest way to do this is with the videos.
